Relax!

'In this roadrunner world, it can sometimes feel like there is no problem but to follow the hurrying herd. But there is.' says Carl Honore. Everything is in a fast pace, what the world needs is to make everything and anything to be fast and efficient. But what happens in the end? STRESS! To make everything perfect without defect, the upper level of management used to pressure their subordinates in order to produce the best quality of goods for the world. The workers become so stressful but what they can do? They can just follow whatever instructions given by the BOSS not even to blame them as they knew that they need this job and pay to survive in this competitive world. In the end, they forced themselves and fully stressed up.

A little bit of stress is the best way to get motivated. So as study. Those who can cope and managed to overcome it will be the winner. I don't know about the others, but my way to release stress is through sweating. Last time when i was still in high school, every saturday will be MY DAY! Haha. As I knew that i can do taekwondo to release stress after a whole week of accumulation. Is good isn't it? Get fit and healthy! What we used to do before the training starts is to run around the school for two or three rounds BARE-FOOTED!(although is painful sometimes, but it indirectly helps you to improve blood circulation so as to make you awake!) And during the class what our instructor always ask us to do is SHOUT! He said the louder you shout, the more powerful in every of your punch or kicks in order to knock down your opponent. But this is true! Try it if you do not believe.

After graduated, there is no way for me to do taekwondo anymore. Or are you sure you want me to do it at home? I think my neighbours will think that I'm mad or they may just make a call to police station. =v= No more taekwondo? Never mind. I can go cycling! My residential area are quite safe to cycle as there is less movement of cars going in and out of the area. I like to cycle when the sun shines brightly on me, especially in between 4 to 6pm afternoon. You can feel the warmth and clears whatever you don't like in your mind. Maybe I have already been tired of staying in the air-conditioned room as I used to be in the college everyday. Don't feel like it is a wasting of time, you need to relax so as your mind. :D
